Our Zero-Energy solutions are ideal for rural areas, requiring no connection to the power grid. By leveraging natural resources, our zero-energy storage units help farmers reduce waste, extend the shelf life of crops, and prepare for changing market demands. Storable products are:

• Potatoes: stored in crates to prevent rotting and sprouting.
• Maize: kept in ventilated bags to maintain dryness and airflow.
• Our facilities can also store onions, grains, rice, fruits, and other produce under specific conditions, offering farmers the versatility to meet diverse needs.

Efficient cold storage

Each storage facility is constructed with advanced sandwich cladding materials for the roof and walls, providing excellent insulation. This ensures that warm daytime temperatures are kept out, preserving the cool air inside. These barns are available in three capacity options:

• 50 tons: compact and efficient (16 x 5.5 x 3.2 meters, fits in a 20-foot container).
• 120 tons: mid-size flexibility (19 x 12 x 3.2 meters, fits in a 40-foot container).
• 300 tons: maximum capacity (16 x 23 x 3.4 meters, requires two 40-foot containers).

By locking in cool nighttime air, they offer long-term preservation for crops like potatoes, onions, maize, and more. This approach ensures food security, reduces post-harvest losses, and helps farmers maximize market opportunities.

Our storage facilities are prefabricated in the Netherlands and shipped in containers for quick assembly on-site. Upon arrival, our team collaborates with local labor to build the storage unit, ensuring efficiency while fostering knowledge transfer within the local community.
